Keywords that are being used by many companies to express their strength or to use them as an aspect of differentiation. The question is, how to define “fast” and what does “flexible” mean?

“Fast” is to be understood as how the dependencies within the supply chain interact in coordinating their output. Optimizing the value chain in terms of Lean management means ultimately: to make a company “fast” reacting.

We try to eliminate globally any redundancies by laying demand-driven processes across the subsidiaries. Thus, all companies involved are focusing on the defined demand and involve also subsequent production stages. The lead time is correspondingly very fast  and highly transparent. This brings us to the second keyword.

Flexibility is guaranteed if we ensure 100 percent transparency. This is the only way to be able to define alternatives, identifying gaps  and finding  other solutions. And that represents our reason for existence – offering competitive solutions for our customers and our environment.
